Booking and Cancellation for Himalyan Hikers


1. Bookings and Payments

1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment of ₹10,000 or an amount based on your package or group size, along with valid ID proof and an email ID.
1.2 Second Payment: 50% of the total package cost must be paid before arrival to finalize arrangements.
1.3 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon reaching the first designated stay point.

Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Fees: 25+ days before departure: 15% of the total cost.
15-25 days: 25% of the total cost.
7-15 days: 50% of the total cost.
0-7 days: 100% of the total cost.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, weather, government policies, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternate options may be provided, if possible.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request date.
